This could be a great place
I have owned in this building since it became a condo, It's had many problems with mangermenet, even though a new mangement company recently took over the old manger is still at the property. The assoc is now charging any renter 500.00 deposit for common area, the mait is out of site, 1 bed 1 bath appox 460 sq ft 237.00 range per mo. many problems with the crime element my unit was robbed and with a key they even stoll the faucet to the kitchen sink be carefull not all is always as it appears

I owned at this property Be very carefulll the manger and the board are very questinable they have changed banks a few time they had a securtiy guard company which is prohibted for them under fla law they didnt have securtiy guards when it becoame condos they cant have them in the future it was just aploy to collect more $ there budget is about 900k a yr and quite frankley there fees are higher than if u were at the beach there has never been more than 3 board member and in fact I belive there has never been a election, as a owner my unit was robbed they cut the pipes at the wall to steal the showr head, only 2 people had keys me and the manger when it happend she conveintaily couldnt find her keys and claimed she never had one.
