This building was previously royal lands that fee was sold to acquire the land interest to the property; previous to that it was a leasehold property . Currently the building is experiencing a renaissance in refurbishment , including hand carved elevator panels featuring ' Diamond Head ' and trimmed in gold railings ...probably the most regal elevators in Waikiki. The previous Queen Liliokalani property features to towers overlooking Diamond Head and the ocean close to Kapiolani Park and the zoo . The towers have minature golf , basketball , tennis , jungle gym for tots , 2-jacuzzi's , and a beautiful pool , next to the pool is a shve ice stand with thai food , and fianlly bbq's next to the pool as well . You can have the front desk manage your investment , or do it yourself . The location is adjoining the Marriot Hotel . I recomment this property highly , the reserve fund is always around 2.5M to 3.0M .
