    Rotten Wood and Pot holes and flooded parking lot.

    Roxanne Barnard has been property manager for too long, and cares zero about people, and the condition of the buildings, but does keep the grass cut every other day. Miserable place to live !!!!

    Long-time Resident

    I've been living here as an owner for 25 years. I wish I could say more positive as this was once a very good place to live. The HOA rules like a dictatorship. They tell you nothing, especially about how our HOA fees are being used. Our previous manager only showed up one or two days a week and locked herself in the office. Our maintenance staff just quit so the litter is piling up. The washroom is filthy. Dog feces everywhere. Most residents have conceded they can do nothing. Very depressing. Wish I could be more positive.

    Happy old manager Roxanne is gone!

    Walnut Hill getting a new manager is way over due maybe now the buildings will be repaired and members will know where their money is being spent. Roxanne would lock herself in her office with the maintenance man with her car parked outside her office late at night. Time she moved on!!

    Cesar Alvarado is no longer maintenance man.

    Walnut Hill HOA made a huge mistake letting Cesar go I watched him improve the condition of condos. The last maintenance man, Jose, was lazy and hung out in Roxanne's office. Cesar was a very intelligent man and he was Bilingual which was a plus since most contractors in Pasadena are Mexican and speak only Spanish. He changed out all the lights to LED in the parking before it was very dark and dangerous. He was always kind but the residents at Condos never understood he could only do what Roxanne allowed him but they never blamed her only him. I was happy to hear he quit he was too nice of a man to work there for 4 years. I drove thru condos and they look terrible no office manager or maintenance man on site it's a matter of time before there will be cars stolen and burglaries. Whatever Condos Cesar went to work for they are lucky to have him and he was aware of the couple that was shit starters!!!!!
