Nice Neighbors/Decent Management
Lawrence Management seems interested in maintaining the bldg w/out interfering in lifestyle(s) of owners (dictating color of drapers, etc). No pets permitted, however, nobody told the bedbugs. There is an ongoing infestation in the bldg itself. Seller didn't disclose the situation (lied re window that needs replacing & replaced a door w/something probably found on a treelawn). I lived in my unit for 4 months until I had a problem. Now I need to fog every week. Liaison between management & bldg is assisting in aggressive eradication. It's an urban annoyance. If you live in the "country," you get mosquitoes.

Waverly is a conveniently located building. Close to downtown Lakewood and 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. It's generally quiet and secure. The price of extermination is shared by management. Heat is free. I only pay for electricity. Water is well filtered, in my 14 years I've never had problems with heavy metals. I've called a plumber twice at no charge. Underground parking is available with a free car wash station. Sunken outdoor pool with an affordable party room. I.had bed bugs, but the exterminator fee was shared by management. The condo fee is reasonable and holds steady for years..
