    Major nightmare - ongoing legal battles, Reserve underfunded

    Ongoing lawsuits, multiple. HOA spending reserve monies without consent of owners or notice. Inept management company. <br/>Major structure problems from poor earthquake retrofits. Hidden plumbing problems. Water is routinely shut off for entire complex for repairs bi-monthly. Look for Mold! This complex is a catastrophe and getting worse weekly. Great investment for flippers - polish and unload quickly. Buyers beware and definitely do your due diligence. Phone cabling not adequate for DSL. Shared water heaters and leaking plumbing problems, hence mold. Parking garages do not meet insurance codes. Roofs leak. Elevators are aging and in need of repair - death trap just waiting to happen. 50% of units are in foreclosure, many units rented. Pet odors and pest problems, including roaches and rats. unsafe neighborhood. bullet holes in the rear of the complex. trash problems. google lawsuits, not all even listed.

    Best Priced condos next to Woodland Hills - Quiet Location

    I have seen many improvements over the last few years here since the foreclosure crisis hit hard. Homeowners voted in a much better Board of Directors. The Board changed to a much better management company. They listen and take everyone's concerns seriously. The building has a nice, decent size swimming pool and 3 yearround heated spas. A large complex, and 24 hour laundry facility with state of the art new equipment. You can monitor your clothes from the internet. Many units have their own laundry equipment as well. They've replaced most of the water tanks and boilers with new, lower power consumption systems. Reserves are improving quickly. This is a great location next to my work at the Warner Center. I can get there in 5 minutes. You can't get prices like this anywhere in Woodland Hills for less than double what they go for here. Full time on-site Security guard patrolling 7 days/week. Gated and camera monitored. Excellent and quick on-site maintenance team. I especially like the outdoor walkways to the units. They are clean, and give that nice open air feeling vs buildings where you have to walk in a smelly enclosed, dark, damp hallway. Some of the units have fantastic floor plans. You can get 2,3 or 4 bedroom units. All of them have a maximum of 2 car parking spots. Last I heard, only 2 out of 200 units for sale. So they must be doing something right. If you got a deal here like I did, congratulations.
