Disclaimer
Building is wasting away
The building is not doing well.<br/>Major water leaks throughout the units.<br/>Top floor has water stains everywhere.<br/>I would not buy.

Nice building, but unclean
My sister in law owned here and had a roach problem that was nearly impossible to deal with. The same with her friend upstairs. On top of that, the management doesn't want to hear anything, and the building is corroded along the foundation, which is probably where the roaches and waterbugs ascend from. She had peeling paint and mold in her apartment, and despite the fact that someone came to look at it in a timely manner, it took months before the problems were alleviated, and even then, a shotty job at repair. She is at this time, still trying to get a huge stain off her ceiling. The building compound kind of looks like a prison. The location is okay, but that's about it.
