    Great Downtown Miami Building!

    The Wind by Neo is a gorgeous building with immaculate views of the Miami river. The contemporary interior design is unique to any other downtown building. Besides having an ideal location and great prices on sales and rentals, the Wind has excellent amenities to offer. The temperate controlled pool, ExoBath, sky bar, meditation garden, bonfire cove, and racquetball court, are only some of the amenities available to its residents. I have lived in 2 other buildings nearby and find this one to deliver the best value overall! I highly recommend buying or renting a condo in the Wind by Neo.

    Nice building, but Brickell Citicentre kills it all

    Brickell Citisentre is in full swing (well, at least the construction project is). Wind by Neo is a great building, a little overpriced in my opinion, but the noise, dust and congerstion (six days a week), which will supposedly go on for 2 years, is enough to make anyone say "no way". I am out of here soon, and want everyone to know that Brickell Citicentre is something to be considered and worry about, when you are asked to pay above market rent. Just my opinion. Good luck.
