Great place to live, great people, great neighborhood
Hi,<br/><br/>I've been living in Widsor House for more than two years now. The amenities are great (exercise room, nice pool, sauna, etc...) and are very well maintained. The on-site maintenance guy is super friendly and takes good care of the building. He lives on premise, and is never too busy to help.<br/><br/>The location is excellent, just accross the street from Bellevue Square mall and the Bellevue Park, it's truly at the heart of downtown Bellevue. You can literally walk everywhere.<br/><br/>The units are nice an cozy. Each has a fireplace and a good size balcony. Most owners have lived in their unit for a very long time and don't really want to move out. The owners are very friendly and neighborly. It can sometimes be a problem in certain condos to find good people to mingle with, but at Windsor House, it's definitely not an issue. There is a common game room and every week there are activities. The room can also be reserved for private parties, which is really neat.<br/><br/>There is a large private outdoor terasse at the center of the building with a barbecue grill, a few trees and a garden. It's quite relaxing to sit down and enjoy the outside. The terasse also opens the pool area, so it's great in the summer!<br/><br/>Great place to live, nice well-maintained building, friendly neighbors, right at the heart of downtown; what's not to like?<br/><br/>Antoine
