    Great all-around!

    Yacht Club on the Intracoastal is a unique condominium that was built in 1995, and is located perfectly between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. In 2005, they renovated and turned it into a beautiful, and affordable, destination condominium with everything you can imagine. Including: 2 pools and a hot-tub with an ocean view, a tiki bar, gym, sand volleyball court, boat marina, theater room, and even a nature preserve with a dog park on the west end. The management company is respectful and helpful but gives their community space. This is a fantastic community that suits almost every type of buyer and renter.
