This condo is being offered as a seasonal rental for a minimum stay of 90 days beginning January 1st - March 31, 2021 and an off season rental from April 1st - October 31, December 1st through the new year. Rental rates do not include the state and resort tax of 12% and there will be a cap on the electric bill. NOT AVAILABLE FEBRUARY THRU APRIL.
