Are you looking for an affordable alternative to owning a beach house at the Connecticut shore? This Water’s Edge Resort time-share unit is a great alternative. The fixed time period is week 26. In 2019 it was June 28th thru July 5th. The date of first usage will be June 26th thru July 3rd, 2020. This first floor unit, #353, is close to the beach and has an ocean view from the bedroom. Enjoy unlimited access to all of Water’s Edge amenities during your stay and throughout the year! This furnished unit is a one-bedroom, sleep 4. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and living room. There is a queen pullout couch in the living room. As an owner at Water’s Edge, you will have use of the resort on a year-round basis (for up to four people at a time) which includes the gym, indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room, plus enjoy the beach and outdoor pool Monday thru Friday during the summer. Owners also receive discounts at all Water’s Edge restaurants as well as discounted rooms outside of their deeded week. Property tax is included in the annual association fee.
