I live in the area and here the skinny on the place as I see it
I noticed the condos on my street for rent and couldn't help write. The realtor photo of the front of the buiding landscape etc is actually the buiding down the street from where this condo actually is.<br/> <br/>The actual condo has no grass in front ...dead... dead trees. Strest parking is difficult at best and the neighbors above the units are very unfriendly and messy it would appear. One has lived there a long time and has done nothing to care for the outside area. I have even seen him throw his junk mail on the ground. He lets his dog urinate and deficate anywhere and does't pick up as do almost all the residence in the condos. in that building alone there are to big dogs. AND next door in the next buidling there are a heard of yeping chiuahuas(sp).<br/><br/>It's right next the dumbster area and they pick up every Mon morn at 7:50ish and every Thur. morning same time. If you aren't at work at that time there is no sleeping thru it.<br/><br/>The neighborhood is awsome but that building is cursed it may be the other resindence but that condo has had several residents just in the last few years.
