    So Close to Founder's Park & ACES

    Our family chose Aventura Marina 2 because of the community's beautiful facilities and its close proximity to Founder's Park as well as Aventura City of Excellence School. Both are walking distance and makes our morning and afternoon commutes so easy, and after school and weekends are spent in the park and splashpad.
