    Horrible HOA

    If you're considering renting or purchasing just save your money.<br/><br/>The HOA is a joke. They make it impossible to access the pool and fitness areas because they keep changing the keys and don't notify residents. If you need anything fixed good luck! Anything on the first floor will have guaranteed mold and ceiling damage because of the way the upstairs patios were constructed and don't allow for drainage. <br/><br/>The grounds are always littered with trash and I actually cut my foot on the remnants of a broken bong. <br/><br/>Only good thing I can say about my experience here is that all the neighbors are nice but go through the same issues I have experienced.

    Quiet Neighbourhood

    Overall property well taken care of, some owners rent their condos and do not follow up on practices that need to be followed by the management and other owners. Too many dogs however there do not seem to be as many as there were last year. Always quiet in area great shopping very close by. Overall pleased with property and management, decent HOA fees.
