Disappointed
My wife and I were looking forward to buying a condo in this neighborhood. Since I do HVAC, I inquired with the community manager about where I could park my company vehicle. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice, but I was told that I wouldn't be allowed to park my company vehicle there. Really disappointing that a nice neighborhood doesn't allow people who just happen to need a company vehicle for work. They'll claim that this has to do with regulations set by the HOA for completely legitimate reasons. But this is to weed out the "plebian" blue collar folks that aren't doctors and lawyers. Again, disappointing.
