THIS AREA IS A GHOST TOWN, STRESS TOWN, DEPRESSION TOWN, YOU NAME IT. THESE CONDOS ARE BUILT NEAR A NUCLEAR WASTE DUMP AND THE RADIATION AND POISONOUS GASES ARE CONSTANTLY PRESENT. BUT NO ONE TELLS YOU THAT. IT ALSO SMELLS LIKE THE SEWER IN THE MORNING. IT MAKES YOU SICK. ONLY IDIOTS WOULD LIVE HERE. ALMOST EVERYONE THAT HAS BOUGHT THESE CONDOS HAS TURNED AROUND AND SOLD THEM FOR A LOSS. LOOK IT UP IN BLOCKSHOPPER AND SEE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOUGHT THESE AND TURNED AROUND AND SOLD THEM OR ARE STILL TRYING TO SELL THEM. DONT LOOK AT ITS APPEARANCE IT DECEIVES YOU. The HOA here is very abusive. The condos are overpriced, and the HOA and staff treat all residents like crap. DONT RENT ADN PLEASE DONT BUY. I live here and this place sucks!!

This was NOT built near any nuclear waste facility, I laughed when I read that. There are NO smells. If you don't believe me then come and see for yourself id there are any toxic smells, give me a break. The people leaving negative reviews are the ones who I am assuming got foreclosed on and lost their homes.<br/><br/>Yes, the management is strict because they want it to REMAIN a safe, clean community. There is nothing wrong with that. These people are making this place sound like a hell hole. Look at the pictures of the place, does it look like that to you? Don't believe everything you read online! Any jerk can leave fake negative reviews to be revengeful. Don't even take my word for it, come and see the place in person and stick around for a few hours, day or night or both. Then you can see for yourself how it is at Chateau Versailles. <br/><br/>Is it a ghost town? it is quiet yet, but who cares? Most of Las Vegas is very quiet, when you get off the strip and go into suburban areas. It's better that way, I can use the pool with less people there etc. Again, come and see for yourself.

Chateau Versailles Condos - Great Place
I absolutely love these condos. They are gorgeous, relatively new. They are not near a nuclear waste dump, they do not smell and it is not a ghost town. It is a safe and secure area. Management does suck....they are arrogant AND rude and think they are untouchable. However, do what you are supposed to do and there are no issues. Basically, follow basic rules that you would in any HOA and things are fine. It's when you don't follow the rules that makes it a bad place to live. <br/>I like that you should follow rules are there are repercussions. Simples as that. <br/>This really is an awesome place.

Beautiful environment, Not kid friendly!!!
The only problems with Chateau Versailles are the nosy neighbors & the lack of a kid friendly environment. No playground or play area for the kids. They lock up the BBQ area or you have to pay to use it and it wasn't like that when I moved here. They value animals more than they do kids. They removed most of the dog areas in the community to alleviate the need for maintenance to the grassy areas. They took out the plants and replaced them with cactus. They have changed management at least 3 times in the last 3 years. Overall community maintenance is great they don't harass, but the parking policy stinks. Open parking requires a visitor's permit.

Chateau Versailles is beautiful!
I love my home at Chateau Versailles! The entire complex is maintained to the up most. When I bought in Chateau Versailles it was with convenience in mind, It was a wise choice! Being single and a retiree I wanted something secure and quiet with nice amenities. Well I got exactly what I was looking for. We have a gym, oasis pool area, look out over the valley sitting area and it's gated. All is well maintained. The rules are strict and I personally prefer it that way. It is true that it is not kid friendly however it works for me. My grandchildren can still enjoy the amenities right along with me when they visit. Being next to the 215 beltways which will take you to a freeway through the middle of town or around makes it convenient. There is not a lot of traffic. It seems to be a bit cooler then it is down in the valley. A bit breezy. I have no idea what the review that reports being next to a dumping ground for toxins comes from. I have to wonder if they may be referring to another complex across town. It's absolutely fabulous out here!
