    DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$ POOR INVESTMENT

    I was the 1st person to purchase @ City Central and should have known they had some shady business deals going on. 1st the property is NOT finished and I was told they would be complete by Summer 2009. i HAVENT SEEN ANY CONSTRUCTION SINCE AUGUST 2007. I asked for carpet in the bedrooms and got hardwood floors in both bedrooms which in the winter time is cold cold on the feet. To make matters worst I recieved numerous knocks on my door @ 2am on A sunday night and I didn't open the door because I was afraid. Meanwhile the next afternoon I received the same knock and had my friends over because I was too scared to stay in my condo alone. It was my neighbor underneath me stating that he could hear every step I made, every door I opened closed. I went down into his unit and sure enough as soon as he entered my unit I heard his footsteps. Now this is ALL after the builder and sales agent advised me and ALL buyers after me that everything was "sound proof" and that we would NOT be able to hear our neighbors.<br/>Not only has there NOT been any professional landscaping sinc August 2007, but the 16 high tech security camera's that they are advertising(which is included in your HOA fees) DO NOT work and have NOT worked since I moved in April 2007. MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO AND MY NEIGHBORS CAR WAS BADLY VANDALIZED.<br/>The builders name is Greg Mitchell of Safe Harbor the owners name is Mike(Micheal) Manley of Manley Homes both of which are liars and taking peoples money. The foundation on building 5(which has NOT been finished) just fell off the building one day in June 2008 and the bricks are still sitting right there visable to ALL. We have NOT had an HOA meeting since MAy 2008 and back then they stating things were going to be back in motion NOT to mention the park that they said they owned has YET to be established due to the FACT that once Greg Mitchell decided to clear the land he was later arrested because the city owns the park and did NOT give them authorization to clear the land.<br/>AND LASTLY, WE HAD A WINDY STORM HERE WHICH CAUSED MY WINDOW IN MY SUNROOM TO HAVE A SHOWER INSIDE WHICH THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL PLUG UNDERNEATH THE WINDOW(WHY i HAVE NO IDEA). MY COMPUTER,FAX,PHONE, AND STEREO WAS PLUGGED THERE. THANKFULLY I WAS HOME AND SAW THE WATER COMING INSIDE THE WINDOW AND RUSHED TO MOVE EVERYTHING. I THEN CALLED GREG MITCHELL AND EMAILED MIKE MANLEY OF THE ISSUE. AFTER GREG STATED THAT ALL THE WINDOW NEEDED WAS SOME CAULKING I CALLED 2 PROFESSIONALS OUT THE PHONE BOOK FOR THERE OPINION. OH WAIT, THIS IS AFTER MIKE MANLEY STATED THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ISSUE OF HIS HOWEVER THERE WAS A HUGE TRIANGLE SIZE CRACK OUTSIDE OF MY WINDOW. AND THE WINDOW WAS VISABLY INSTALLED INCORRECTLY JUST LIKE MY SHOWER DOOR WHICH HAS YET TO BE REINSTALLED AND THE FLOORS THAT ARE NOT LEVELED CORRECTLY, A LIST OF OTHER THINGS. WELL IT TOOK 46 EMAILS AND THREATS FOR MIKE MANLEY( WHO IS THE SOLE OWNER OF CITY CENTRAL AND IN CHARGE OF THE HOA) 2 WEEKS LATER THE WINDOW WAS CAULKED ONLY BY THE ONSITE MAINTAINCE GUY WHO WAS JUST FIRED ON MONDAY AFTER THREATING TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY DUE TO LACK OF PROPER MATERIALS TO COMPLETE WORK, BACK PAY( THEY HAD NOT PAID HIM FOR 2 WEEKS) AND LACK OF APPRECIATION FROM GREG NOR MIKE MANLEY.<br/><br/>GREG MITCHELL AND MIKE MANELY ARE SLUM BUILDERS/OWNERS AND NEED TO BE SUED. I WAS IN THE PROCESS BUT AFTER HEARING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO STAY PUT AND IT COULD TAKE UP TO 2 YEARS I DECIDED TO LET THE CONDO GO INTO FORECLOSURE, SAVE MY SANITY AND MOVE TO BUCKHEAD WHERE MY MONEY WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE BUY A CONDO FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TACKLESS AND TRASHY AND HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO EVEN RUN A CONDO COMPLEX. ALL OF THE CURRENT RESIDENTS EXCEPT FOR ONE( WITH WHOM SHE IS CURRENTLY DOING MARKETING FOR THEM SO GO FIGURE AS TO WHY SHE WISHES TO NOT HAVE ANY SAY..EVEN THOUGH SHE ALLOWED HER DAUGHTER TO SLEEP IN A ROOM THAT HAD HUGE WATER SPOTS IN THE CEILING FOR MONTHS AND GREG HAD YET TO COME AND FIX THE ISSUE...AND SHE IS ON THE TOP LEVEL OF THE BUILDING BUT THE BEDROOM IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR. ALL THE 3 BEDROOMS HAVE 2 LEVELS)<br/><br/>THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND GREG IS A PATHOLOGICAL LAIR....I WOULD RUN AS FAST AS I COULD...NOT TO MEANTION THE FACT THAT IF YOU DO DECIDED TO PURCHASE THERE AND YOU GET A GARAGE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A DOOR...AND IT MAY TAKE ABOUT 4-6 MONTHS TO GET YOUR BLINDS INSTALLED IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS AND IT WAS SUMMER TIME SO IMAGINE MY LIGHT BILL. EVERY RESIDENTS IS TRYING TO FIND A WAY OUT OF THIS MESS, BUT ME, I'M FORECLOSING AND WILL DEAL WITH THAT 3 YEARS FROM NOW ON MY CREDIT, LUCKILY MY CREDIT IS IN GOOD STANDINGS.<br/><br/>I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY...I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL RIGHT PUTTING THIS PLACE ON THE MARKET FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PURCHASE BECAUSE I'M ALSO IN SALES AND I DON'T WISH TO EVER SELL ANYONE BAD PRODUCTS. IF I DO, I TAKE THE GOODS BACK AND OFFER THEM SOMETHING ELSE OF THERE LIKING AND/OR GIVE THEM THERE MONEY BACK SO THAT CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. <br/>

    LASTLY...IF YOU THINK I'M JUST SAYING THIS...COME BY AND PREVIEW THE PROPERTY FOR YOURSELF AND SEE IF YOU WOULD LIVE IN A PLACE WHERE THEY HAVE TOMATO'S GROWING IN FRONT OF BUILDING 3. WOODEN FLOWERS AND SOME CRAP ACROSS THE STREET THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN PHASE 2. NO GARAGE DOORS, SOME RESIDENTS STILL HAVE NO BLINDS AND I CAN'T FORGET THE FACT THAT SLUM OWNER MIKE MANLEY HAS YET TO INSTALL THE INTERNET SYSTEM THAT HE BUILT SO THAT YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO PURCAHSE WIRELESS WITHIN YOUR UNIT. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO USE UP TO 6 COMPUTERS AT ONCE. I HAVE ADDRESSED THAT ISSUE AND STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED....THEY ONLY WANT YOUR $$$$ AND AFTER THAT THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THIS PLACE...BAD BAD INVESTMENT STAY AWAY IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!! JUST DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE HEARTACHE AND PAIN JUST BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE A STEAL WITH THE PRICE AND THE LAYOUT IS GOOD...POOR BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION IS WHAT IS CAUSING THESE UNITS NOT TO SELL...BUT IF YOU MAY, COME SEE FOR YOURSELF..THERE ARE ALREADY 2 FORECLOSURES OUT OF THE 12 UNITS SOLD...GO FIGURE
