    Warnig!

    Warning�.Stay away from Culbreath Key! CK has gone through 3 management companies since they went Condo and KW Property Management Company (current Mgt) is the worse yet! Completely dysfunctional, as is the HOA board, as is the office management!! Property values are depressed due to philosophy that the board has adopted�along with the extreme HOA fees! They severely restrict rentals and the financial condition of the HOA makes it very difficult for buyers to obtain financing forcing people to walk away from their purchases. Most transactions at CK are short sales or foreclosures. The HOA and KW Management Company treat property owners as 3rd class citizens and the Culbreath Key complex as their own little asylum. You get the feeling the complex security is to keep residence confined as opposed to keeping them safe! Instead of creating an environment where condo owners can enjoy their homes, they are constantly confrontational with owners and renters. You are better off NOT going into the front office to ask a questions, unless you want to get your a** chewed out! Gestapo management at its best! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    Culbreath Key is a resort like community with awesome views. This place is gated and feel very safe living here, not to mention the numerous amenities including a dog park. I highly recommend this condo community and the Location is the Best.
