    Eden Isles Daily Dirt: (3-9-11)<br/> ANONYMOUS NEWS SOURCE:<br/>�How do I commence in describing the events leading to the inevitable power struggle at Eden Isles condominiums, located in No. Miami Beach (eastern shores) FL?? Well, to say last night's condo board meeting was a lot of the old, & much of the new, would be a good depiction.<br/><br/>In the last 45 days a strong Opposition Group has formed at E. I. to take out the old board & it's president Jonathan Marks how's been in power for the last 10 years unchecked, "UNTIL NOW THAT IS". In all fairness it seems that Mr. Marks will not give up his "VOLUNTEER" post, along with his Now Fiance Susanna Rockwell (OFFICE MANAGER). ONE CAN'T HELP IT BUT TO stop & ask the one obvious question, what is the true incentive here?? MOST TRUE VOLUNTEERS IN THIS crazy condo world would jump at the chance to just step down, "or would they??"<br/><br/>About 45 days ago an aggressive campaign Led By Rony Rantiporek, Carlo Szubartowski, & Carmine Mel Puleo, AKA Mr. Miami, has developed. To every one's amazement with much success as a large group of dissatisfied condo owners formed. I must say the turn out was in much greater numbers than last night's meeting (3-9-11). The mud slinging as you can imagine is now in full swing, at which point Susanna Rockwell gets up to tare down all credibility of none other Mrs. Rantiporek, claiming misappropriated funds in a condo where Rony Rantiporek ALLEGEDLY was a board member in Chicago. Mrs. Rantiporek come back was simple & comical at the same time, as she offered anyone who's out to know the truth that it would be made available, the condo in Chicago is not a condo complex at all, as she ads, its a housing complex, "I never sat on the board." you just know this is going to get ugly, but interesting.<br/><br/>As for Rockwell she should be "extremely careful" as her dirt comes out of a judicial center in South FL, with "COURT" documentation, where misappropriated funds when she was employed at another condo can be proven in the tens of thousands of dollars totaling over 70K, yes charges where dropped after funds where returned in full by Rockwell, this happened not once, but 2 times "THAT WE KNOW OF". Now she is working "unchecked" 5-6 hrs per per week, getting paid a FT Salary of 36,600.00 per year at I. E. in an office that was turned into a mig-shift daycare while raising her son. We also pay someone else, a condo board member, chubby lady with spiked hair who refuses to answer the phone when she's in the office while covering Rockwell.<br/><br/>You see,.. this shit has been going on for a while, lets go back a few years, THEN WE CAN GET BACK TO CURRENT EVENTS. Once UPON A TIME there were records sequestered by court order for misappropriated funds here at Eden Isles, and there was a SUDDEN MYSTERIOUS BURGLARY IN OUR OFFICE, AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT, THE ONLY THING THAT WAS MISSING WHERE THE VERY SAME RECORDS SEQUESTERED BY THE COURTS. HMMMM I WONDER WHO STAGED THIS BRAKE IN????? "FOLKS", LET ME MAKE ONE THING PERFECTLY CLEAR, YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A PHD IN CRIMINOLOGY TO figure this one out.�<br/><br/>Immediately following this event, some FAKE, & SOME HIDDEN REAL cameras where installed, only a few know which ones are real or hidden. It's like living in a Communist dictatorship. club house keys where taken away from everyone, clubhouse now gets locked down by 8 PM by Jim Barber, this is the idiot who takes out the trash if you can read between the lines, you know the kid who never got any attention in High school, & had to masturbate on prom night, coz no sane girl would ever date him.<br/><br/>Lets Pick on Jim Barber for a little while, U see, Jim is an asshole!! here is why I say this, he gets his perks for playing along with the board, what are his perks???, well if you park in our lots & you're not a visitor, he will look from behind the window, wait until you're good & gone, then he calls a tow truck for a fractional kick back, now you tell me that he could have come out & tell the people this is private property. but because of a small monetary interest, he tows you away, COSING PEOPLE TO SPEND 195.00 TO GET THEIR CARS BACK, how else can you describe this jack ass, yes this low life sits on the board.�<br/><br/>Michael is a newly appointed asshole & the new VP, many people have complained he has butchered E.I., the worst thing they could have done is put this man in charge of landscaping & give him a chain saw. He has cut down city trees, which the office denies we got fined for, & the office denies he killed 6 perfectly good palm trees, the office gave him full power, it's the blind leading the blind. He groomed palm trees that needed no grooming at all, we have seen many people yell at him to stop, & HE would continue on, it's sad but comical after a while.<br/><br/>Back to current events, This board will be replaced make no mistake about it, as for the President it would be in Mr. Marks best interest to just step down, coz by him not WILLING to give up his "VOLUNTEER" post, is adding MAJOR fuel to the fire of suspicion, especially after 10 years. As for Rockwell, suspicions have never stopped from day one, in the meeting she'll tell you to come to the office & we will show you the bills, but when you get to the office those bills are nothing more than some office manufactured documents, NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN A BILL TO DATE.<br/><br/>The election recall is in full swing, the new board will have a volunteer board in PLACE with checks & balances that are controlled by the unit owners, there will be many activity driven agendas, & I. E. will be fun place to reside once again, but for now we got work to do, help us get this board out, if any of you would like to translate this ANONYMOUS EDITORIAL IN SPANISH & RE-POST IT ON LINE, WE'LL MAKE SURE IT WILL LEAK OUT, AND SOME PRINTED COPIES WILL MYSTERIOUSLY APPEAR FOR THOSE NOT ON LINE.�<br/><br/>LET'S GET BACK TO OUR MEETING ON (3-9-11 7:30 PM), COZ THIS CAN NOT BE LEFT OUT, JONATHAN MARKS HAS RETAINED THE USUAL LAW FIRM WE ALL SUSPECT HIM TO BE IN BED WITH "as a silent partner," KNOW WHAT I MEAN?? A LETTER WAS SENT TO Rony Rantiporek FROM THIS LAW FIRM. Marks proceeds to read this letter out-loud in our meeting, claiming that the opposition is endangering peoples lives, harassing people to sign the recall election ballot, that we have destroyed building property, condo sales & rentals have been lost, just a bunch of lies, at this point Mr. Miami Mel yells show us the proof, we want to see what sales & rentals we lost?? He continues asking to show tangible evidence, but Jonathan Marks just avoids this question like the Plague, WHY??? BECAUSE IT'S A FABRICATED LIE.�<br/><br/>Jonathan why do you want to stay at a "VOLUNTEER Job" that SUPPOSEDLY PAYS YOU NOTHING!!WHAT IS YOUR TRUE MOTIVE?????? A JOB WHERE people have continuously abused you verbally in every meeting I have been too, no one likes you AT ALL John, DON'T YOU GET IT????, we can't stand you!!, we don't want you here ANYMORE, AS A MATTER A FACT, IT WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU TO SELL YOUR CONDOS & MOVE, COZ EVEN AFTER YOU'RE REMOVED FROM YOUR POSITION, I DON'T THINK WE WANT TO SEE YOU STRUTTING AROUND OUR BUILDINGS, AND IT GOES WITH OUT BEING SAID no one can stomach Susanna NEITHER, the Day you both leave there will be a huge party @ Eden Isles.�Now please step down & save your self a huge embarrassment, coz either way, you will go down.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>
