I think it�s clear to see there are huge problems at this property just from the reviews .i moved here about 3 months ago and there has been nothing but problems, I will list a few just to give you a heads up It took over a month to get a lease, BUGs, there is a smell in the apartment witch come to find out was because of the ex-drug dealer who lived in this apartment and the left over smell is apparently related with a meth lab being here before I moved in, confirmed by police and my neighbor witch of course I wasn�t in informed of this before moving in. I think the big over all problems is the management leanell vasary she is the property manager and is incompetent ,arrogant with a nasty sarcastic over tone. So with that kind of attitude in a place of management its clear to see why the property is in a downward slide. The gated community as they say was un-gated for almost 2-1/2 months because someone ran the gates over. After my car was vandalized and I asked when the gate would return? I was told there looking for the best quote that�s take 2-1/2 months. I don�t think so. And this has happened two times. Please don�t put you family thou what mine has been there are lots of other places in much better shape and with better management than this one , take the time to look around .. God bless
