Looks good but really hate this place
At first glance these so called "condos" look nice. It's a nice area, good location. These "condos", however, are just high priced one bedroom apartments. Way too over priced and not so nice once you move in. The neighbors are the most inconsiderate people with the exception of a few nice tenants. The onconsiderate ones stomp around at all hours of the night and slam their doors every single time they leave or enter their unit, for no apparent reason. This should be a mental institution with all of the crazy people living here. Only a few of the tenants are actually "normal". The management seems nice until you contact them too many times with problems in your apartment, then they don't even return your phone calls. Maintanence workers are ok, but not that capable. If you ask for something, be prepared not to get it. Plus the favoritism for long time residents is disgusting. If you have a visitor parked in the one visitors parking spot, they are told to move, that it's only a 10 minute parking spot- BUT then long time residents can park their own car there all day without anyone saying anything even though they have their own parking spot! Also, their guests can park there as long as they want. <br/>On to the actual apartment: <br/>The renovated apartments are nice, though there is constantly no hot water in the mornings or at night. When you complain about it enough, they make the water so hot it's almost boiling even when the shower is all the way to the cold side. The heat in the winter is off by 10pm- you freeze the rest of the night. Then they turn the heat off prematurely so before the spring actually hits, you're freezing day and night. Heat and hot water is included in the rent, but rent is over priced, so you're basically paying for the heat and hot water that you DON'T get. Like I said before, the owner and Maintanence workers seem accommodating at first, but if you complain too much- which is in your right to do so if things aren't working correctly- they won't return your phone calls and go to great lengths to avoid you. <br/>I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and look for a better place.
