    The HOA is completely power hungry.. cars broken in to.. majority owners rule without any checks and balances. So unless you're planning on buying the whole building don't waste your time.

    I'm comfortable here

    We've been here for 4 years. Its very roomy and quiet. Starting to see alot more kids, which is great for those looking for 'Family apartments' also the manager and lady in the office are very understanding when it come to maintenance being done. All around its a good place to be. stores all around also for those who like to shop.

    A Nice Location at North Houston!

    The works of HOA were already improved a lot at 2012. I always stay there when doing the business trip in Houston.<br/>In the coming years, a new commercial spot is erected near NE of this point.

    This man name Richard is the worst maintenance guy I see . they calling him almost more the five time on Sunday and he got mad saying that is his day off and completing because he come to fix a electricity problem<br/>The manager always cover him
