    The Ocean Reserve building is a great option in the Sunny Isles area of Florida. It is in a great location of Sunny Isles. The building is near many places to eat and shop. On a different note the building has amazing ocean front views with a beautiful pool and two tennis courts. There are many condos available in the Sunny Isles area and the Ocean Reserve is a great place to be in.

    Building was my home

    building is until you complain about what is wrong with you units my wife has a medical condition had a medical dog prescribed to her they told us who was meldrawade wait for the manager we needed a doctors note and everything would be OK but then when it came to renewing the lease we re giving a non renewal notice for no reason at all but yet they are letting people move into the building with dogs right after they are telling us there are no dogs allowed. Myles your way to the manager will tell you anything that you want to hear but she will take no responsibility they have a Rita how to turn over of vice managers and come to theaters in the building there are only 3 maintenance men for almost 400 units good luck with getting the repairs I myself personally had to do all the repairs in my apartment myself cleaning the rugs fixing the plumbing fixing the AC and I am a renter. you will notice the show will be more and more vacation is coming in and out of the building having no regard for the f*** your pants that on units or who are renters all year round did leave garbage in the hallways and they never clean up after themselves it happens at all hours of the night. renters and buyers beware.
