Dont rent from Daivd D' Angelos
Please, Please, don't ever rent a unit from David D'Angelos, he's a slumlord, he will never fix or repair any appliances. The management hates him. His a lair, a cheat and a slumlord. I plan to make sure know now ever rents from him. Park Plaza is a great place to live, just don't do it with DAVID D ANGELOS... all he wants is his rent.... Don't do it...

Please, please people do not rent from him. I've lived with MOLD for years, which he was informed of and never, never ever responded to my emails, pictures or text. He's a slumlord.. Ask the people at the front desk. He will not repair, replace or fix any appliances. My mother has lived in this building for 20 years, I've worked at the front desk and have referred people to him. He rents to drug dealers and convicted felony ......Don't rent or buy for David D'Angelos.... Please rent from anybody else.........
