Pier 3 Condominium is a beautiful waterfront community located on the Delaware River in Philadelphia near the Ben Franklin Bridge and close to many other cultural and historic sites. This building was built as a working pier in the 1920's and was later converted to condominiums in 1984 and became one of the most popular residential buildings in Philadelphia.
