    Filthy and uninhabitale condo

    6500 Sands Point Dr. #310, Houston TX 77074 is the worst and most filthy uninhabitable condo I have ever seen.I moved into this Condo on 04/04/2013 and that first night I had roaches crawling all over the place.The roach infestation was so bad that they were crawling in my bed, the kitchen, toilet, bathtub and in all the rooms.I spent my money trying to fight the roaches but to no avail. The landlord maintained that roaches are a way of life and that they are everywhere.He stated that I was no better that the person who lived there before moving out.The landlord further stated that if I make him to call the exterminators that he will only pay for the first treatment while I'll be made to pay for subsequent treatments.<br/> The few sleepless nights I spent there trying to figure out what to do were the most horrible days that hunts me to this day.I moved out on 04/10/2013 after seven days, but the Landlord charged me for 10 days rent plus light bill.This unit is not fit for animals not to talk of humans.Aprt from the roaches infestation, the amenities are dilapidated,dirty and filthy.
