    This place feels uncrowded and has a huge beach area, picnic buildings on the beach, tennis courts, heated pools, a fenced doggy playground, inside gathering rooms for parties, pool tables, fitness rooms, well maintained facility, great location, close walk to restaurants, grocery, and other shopping, etc., etc. <br/><br/>Located in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, it has a quaint "old-style Florida" community feel to it. An awesome get-away. <br/> <br/><br/>

    We now have THE BEST manager and most amazing group if wonderful people. Best beach in the area and all local facilities, publix, cvs, dollar tree, restaurants and everything is across the street. Love it! Clean, well kept, beautiful gardens, new tennis courts, new bbq. Waterfront, everything! Best Condos on the sea!!!
