BEWARE
I lived in the Spanish Palm condos for 2 years. While living there my electric bill was astronomical and i kept going to the management to ask them to look at my A/C because something was wrong..my bill was between 300-400 in the summer and i had a 3 bedrrom that was only around 1200sqft. After many times of the property manager sending up their handy men (and BTW they are rude and dont really know what they are doing) they said nothing was wrong and that i should lower my thermostat. I eventually got sick of this and called in a company on my own to clean my vents because i thought that maybe that would help, and they found that I had a rat infestation in my crawl space (we lived on the top) and the rats had chewed through my air conditioning ducts, there was also a ton of rat feces up there and the urine stains were starting to seep through the ceiling. When i went and told the manager he assured me that he would have pest controll come right away. I had to wait 2 days for them to come and when they got there all they did was vaccuum up the rat feces and put a few traps in. I decided I had had enough when they cought two big rats in the garage and no one would pick up the traps so they began to smell horrible and one day i was walking out through the garage and a rat jumped on me. This place is rat infested and the management is horrible, the pool in the back is constantly dirty. Do not wast your money here!!
