Terrible management. Terrible decision.
I am a home owner at The Beat loft.... The management team is a joke. They DO NOT address any issues in the building. The "beautiful windows" are not water tight and often result in puddles (literally) of water on the floor as a result of condensation. Management does nothing to fix this issue even after it has been brought to their attention multiple times. The "loft" feel which is great in theory is punctuated by concrete floors that offer a cheap sealant that wears off within 3 months of moving in. <br/>Purchasing a unit in this building is by far the worst financial decision I have ever made and I regret it every day. I can only hope that I sell my unit without totally losing my investment.

Great building/ownership.
My wife and I own a 3rd floor unit at the Beat Condos. We were the first people to buy, that was in 2006. We are very happy with the condo, it's construction and the amenities of the property. The quality of the windows, fixtures, appliances, painting and finish out is very high. We did have a problem with Corian countertops that were getting water marks. The Beat management came in with the manufacturer, admitted there was a QC problem and the Beat replaced the countertops with the granite of our choice, all at their expense. We find the property to be high quality and the management to be responsive and "caring." They are continually working on and improving the property, always upgrading. We are very happy and see the price of our unit going up. Our views are incredible.
