AWFUL.
This is a terrible place! The management spends most of its time towing their own residents. Despite abundant parking, they have provided about 5 visitors spaces and they only have handicapped spaces "for handicapped who are interested in being tenants". If a handicapped visitor comes to see you they will be towed away for parking IN THE HANDICAPPED SPACE. The management here is so uncivil it takes your breath away and they generally treat you as if they are doing you a favor by letting you pay top-dollar rent to live here! And God help you if your Mother wants to actually visit you.

Great Place to live
I have been here for about nine months and I love this place. Management does a great job at maintaining the grounds and planning events and activities for the residents to participate in. I think the review about the elevator is an exaggeration. There is an elevator issue but it certainly is not 50% of the time. Usually whenever there is an elevator issue, management gets on it ASAP and has it fixed pretty fast.<br/>I think I like this place a lot because of the diversity of the residents that live here. The residents are very respectful of each other and you'll meet new neighbors from different cultures and different ages.<br/>The only negative I can think of is the parking situation. I think management should invest some money into building a more efficient covered parking lot that can accommodate all residents AND visitors.

This building is horrible
I've been here two weeks now, and the elevators have only worked about 50% of the time. It's frustrating because there is so much to haul in during and immediately after a move, and you just can't do it using the stairs, especially when you live 12 flights up. Can't get management to even pretend to care about it. Getting a place here was a huge mistake. Don't let the cosmetic improvements fool you. This building is 30 years old and obviously is not being well cared for.
