Crime Free HOA
Well I was one of the original owners here at Circle Tree when they were first built. This is a clean crime free community that is well looked after. My brother liked it so much here he bought a place here in 2007 and he loves it to. We have an awesome HOA that maintains- 461 W Holmes Ave

Love my condo at Circle Tree
My girlfriend and I moved into Circle Tree several years ago and are so happy here. The HOA has been so helpful I am surprised that they don't offer valet service for my vehicles. The place is clean well kept and just so very quiet. I love the fact they do not allow big dogs- 461 W Holmes Ave

Great Place to Live and Play
I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a- 912 Campisi Way

nice, convenient building
We have lived here about six months and love it. There are only forty-five condos and there are four floors and two elevators. We really enjoy sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine and watching the beautiful sunsets. The Pruneyard complex is almost nextdoor so within a block and a half there are- 461 W Holmes Ave

What a deal ! Never in my life did I think I could find affordable housing to own in such a nice place. The neighbors are nice and the place is beautiful and clean. I love sitting on my patio having my evening coffee and listing to quiet. Did I ever luck out on this- 620 S 1st St

Mediocre Complex
The condo's within the complex are in decent shape. I've had farely good experience with the neighbors. There are a few young renters that we've had to call the police because of excess noise (partying on the weekend).The location is decent in that it is close to the 15 freeway.
