Great location on Brickell. Very well priced. The management office and the reception/receiving area personnel are always there to help you. Val service, gym and pool facility and the bakery downstairs (with in-unit delivery!) make up a very comfortable living right in downtown. Whole Foods is a 1-mile walk which is amazing. Mary Brickell village is right behind the building and there are many great restaurants there for any type of cuisine and price-range. Brickell City center should be completed around mid-2017 and will have a luxury movie theater, among other cool things. Movie theatre is really the only thing that's missing from Brickell, IMHO. <br/>I was looking for a couple of months and so happy I picked this place. Highly recommend!
