    It has its pluses and its minuses

    THE PROS: good location in a safe area (walking distance to shopping/resturant areas as well as local parks, and right off the Sawgrass), fairly quiet and secluded (located right off of a four-lane thoroughfare), beautiful surrounding neighborhoods, close to schools, ample covered parking, two tennis courts, reasonably good value for the area<br/><br/>THE CONS: many units are beginning to show their age, landscaping and maintenance could be better; the foliage looks a tad overgrown, pool and jacuzzi are often in disrepair, fitness center is tiny and not very well-maintained, rude and inattentive management, Section 8 becoming rampant
