Rude employees / Run down buildings
We reserved an ocean front condo for a week and upon check in was given a room across the road from the beach. We were put in the Pineapple Palm building, one of 3 managed by them. 3 of the 4 tenants checking in were told the same thing. We all tried to get our rooms changed and were told they were booked but could check back each day and IF there was a cancellation we could get moved. Of course that didnt happen. The rooms were very dated and not that clean, the stopper in the sink broke when we tried to pull it out after doing a load of dishes . We had no hot water and told them them Sunday morning , the day after our check in, at 10am. At 4pm, we went back and asked again and was told that Kate did not report it and that maintenance was already gone for the day. SO, no hot water until Monday. There was no washer/dryer in our unit but could walk to the other buildings and use their for pay machines. We tried to exchange towels but they only do that on Mon/Wed/Fri. The pools were very stained, especially at the Royal Palm building. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude each time we went there, even at check in. <br/><br/>I do have the say this was the most unpleasant vacation place I have ever been too. Very disappointed.
