Beautiful building and views
The building and the views are absolutely breathtaking. However, the amenities are not up to the standard of surrounding buildings such as Icon or Epic. I believe this is why they are redoing the pool and will repaint the exterior. Also, the management is less than helpful. Yet, despite the amenities and management, I still love living at One Miami and the community the condominium shares.

I like this building very much. Alot of young professional live and play here, Althougth it is tough to get financing so the best bet to get a great deal is be an all cash buyer! Not FHA Approved is not a good thing, but buyer's still understand the value and are willing to pay cash to close their deals. The building has all the ammenities and the location is great. There are deals to be had here if you have cash! South views toward Brickell Key are the best but NE views are very nice as well.<br/><br/>Chris <br/>Broker Associate
