Never live here!
This condo building may have nice looking apartments, but it is a horrible place to live. The management is awful and unethical. They charged us our entire security deposit plus $700 extra dollars for miscellaneous nonsense charges and to replace the entire carpet which did not need to be replaced. The building is infested with mice. They somehow get into the halls and run under the condo doors. Traps are hidden in the hallways and it is disgusting. Homeless people sleep right outside the lobby, or on the lobby couch. I would never recommend 1209 N Charles to anyone.
