Ran down, high priced ghetto. Owners who are slum lords rent to anybody, such as drug dealers, prostitues & pediophiles. Nobody is screened, not friendly neighbors either. If people have a problem with you they will tend to destroy your property. Because it's a private setting the police do not bother coming. It may take the police or paramedics hours before showing up. Just go elsewhere.
