Great Location! New management team - new paint - quiet & clean
This is a great building located at the turn of Sunrise Blvd and US 1 in Ft. Lauderdale. Great location near the Galleria Mall and right on the edge of Victoria Park. Spectacular views of downtown Ft. Lauderdale from the west exposure and of the New River with higher floor east exposure. Recently hired a management company to take the building affairs out of the hands of the tenants.<br/><br/>This location is awesome for proximity to shopping and restaurants. The pool area was recently upgraded and the people are friendly. 1.1 miles from the beach and 5 mins to downtown (via Victoria Park Road). If you are just atarting our and need a nice place to live, Victoria Park Tower is great. 1/1's and 2/1's are available for sale and rent quite often. The 2/1's have a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms and the rooms are good size.<br/>

9 times ..mind u in 4 years the buildings common pipe backed up in my unit... every board member did not do anything to solve the problem and they refuse to pay for the damage their failure to maintain caused to... rude and incompetent sums them up
