    Best Building for Owner Equality!!!

    It isn't the cheapest place to live, but it is hands down the nicest. Most condos in Southpark have their pool placed in between their towers with no view and/or just completely in the shade so you never get to see the sun!?! Does that make sense in California? This pool and hot tub is on the 17th floor (think view of Staples Center and downtown) and gets sun all day long.
    In addition, every residence there has a view, since it is built ontop of the parking structure. This used to be the Rolls Royce Bulding before conversion to condos, so nobody can top the money they put into this place. 75% of the southpark residences like the Evo, Luma, etc... just don't have a view. If you are going to pay that much and live that close - at least be able to see the Staples Center. That is my biased perspective. condo.com/1100Wilshire <-- check it out.
