    Young people stay away

    I owned an apartment here for 1 year. Management is the worst you will ever find. They are disrispectful and they are liars. They made my lif impossible to the point that i was happy to sell and leave the place. Dont ever expect to hear an apology from these guys.<br/>The building is pretty run down. The gym is lousy, the pool leaks into the parking lot and as soon as you enter the building, you can smell the dampness in the air. The building is almost 40 years old and association fees and special assesments are far too high for what the condo has to offer. Most people living there are as old as the building. Always complaining, on saturdays you cant make a noise.<br/>If you are young, stay away and if you are old with common sense, stay away too. If you are a family, stay away.<br/>
