This building needs a lot of work
The elevator is not working--the pool needs to be refurbished--the building needs to be painted--the clubhouse needs to be redone--there is a permanent foul stench around the building--there is no hotwater--you need to install your own waterheater--if antone purchases a property here they would have to spend a lot of money to upgrade--the building is almost 40yrs old.

Bids are out for new paint since 1/4/2011 --pool and pool area is being renovated / club house plans are being drawn up for upgrades--- all owners are in for a special assessment starting 3/1/11 = lots of things are happening to make our community one of the best if not the best ---we have also required all owners to install their own water heating system --converting from the old boiler system which was being abused by some owners in the past...
