Resident life at capistrano has been pure hell for my husband and i. I will say, they take great care of the property, we have a great landlord..however the people would be the problem around here. At this point, i believe being 28 and -------- is the real problem. We have lived here for over 2 years (not by choice). The second lease became a pure mistake. We live above a single white female who has to be at least 50 or above. and since the day we moved in she has made it her mission to make our lives impossible. when the second lease came around things seem to be looking up so we thought we were making the right choice by staying. the demographics of this community speak for themselves. Its residents are above forty to fifty, single, and american. the last two apts who had a -------- and black people already moved out. this really needs to be labeled as senior citizen living!!! the manager of the community who is also white and defends the white lady who has lived here before us, doesnt really care. i have news people, this is not senior citizen living, this is not just for white people. and there are laws agaisnt discrimination. so my advice today is.. if you have dogs, and are --------, or anything else...DONT LIVE HERE! if your 28-31--run for your life! if you have kids, married,dogs...again runnnnn for your lives! and the combination will surely make you loose your sanity. apartments are overpriced, the maintenance supervisor is also white! and is a total @#$%^^&@$#!! honestly if your older, single, sure come on over and move iN!!!! everyone else stay away...
