Excellent location, unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico, very friendly and helpfully management team. <br/>Maintenance people are always quick to fix any problem. <br/>Not the fanciest condo nor in the most exotic location but for the price you cannot beat the cleanliness, fun things to do and just plain pleasurable lifestyle and climate!
