Views include a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course that wraps around the building, the West Palm Beach skyline, Lake Mangonia, and magnificent sunsets. At 2,200 square feet, the 3/3 units offer large living and dining rooms, spacious kitchens with butler's pantry/laundry room, a bedroom wing separate from living space and master closets and baths to die for! All 3 bedrooms are corner units, facing 3 directions along their 85 foot balconies for light and shade throughout the day. The 2/2 units offer 1,741 square feet with generous living space and 50 foot long balconies. Amenities include: a large pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis/basketball court, club room, game room, pickleball, and nearby Banyan Cay private Golf club. HOA (under $1,000) includes all the normal items plus internet, appliance and HVAC maintenance and repair. Located in the gated Lands of the President, The Consulate is close to I-95, one exit from the airport, and walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, and The Palm Beach Outlets. The shopping, dining, and entertainment of West Palm Beach, Kravis Center, Rosemary Square, and Palm Beach, are minutes away. The building is currently undergoing concrete refurbishment and all owners have paid the first half of the assessment. The second is expected to be less than $12,500 and some owners are offering assistance to offset this cost. When the work is complete (estimated by end of 2021), the building's desirability will only increase so now is the time to buy.
