This building should be condenmed!
DO NOT BUY A UNIT AT FIRST CUTLER GARDENS! My husband bought a unit there and we have had multiple issues with trash everywhere. Termites in every unit! You can smell the mold in each unit when someone opens their door. This is a serious health issue. The management team takes 2 hour lunches without regard to the tenants. Security guards are street kids which (most likely) do not have a Security Guard license! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
