    Ceilings are paper thin.

    Did not like our stay there at all. Location is good because it's near downtown. However, the halls and grounds were dirty. It sounded like our upstairs neighbors were going to fall thru the ceiling. And parking is a joke. There is none. We were forced to park blocks away and had to pay to park in an outside public parking lot.

    Horrible Management and Noise

    This place has a great location, but the building is poorly made. You can hear every single noise from an upstairs neighbor and the property manager could careless. They can not do anything about noise and expect you to just live with it. I would not recommend living here unless you want to hear everything your neighbor does.
