Amenities at the Island Club include an oceanfront heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, kitchen, social area, billiard room, library, BBQ grills, gazebo and shuffleboard court. The maintenance fee is $566 per month for the 2 bedroom units, slightly higher for the 3 bedroom units and units with a garage. This fee pays for the use of all facilities in the common areas including building security, exterior maintenance and insurance, pest control, water and car rinse area. Owners can have one pet with a size restriction and lease their condo one time per year for a minimum of 3 months. Unbelievable
Prostitution, excessive alcohol use and drug use from what I’ve seen. Old people drinking excessively by the pool every afternoon Association fee outrageous at $1000 per mt, grills, when working are sub par, heated pool broken for years, jacuzzi too nasty to get in.
