FRANK- apartment manager
*FRANK*— I would highly discourage anyone who doesn’t want to be harassed by the apartment manager Frank to move here. (ESPECIALLY IF YOURE RENTING, as he singles out renters and harasses them even heavier from what I’ve heard). Should have seen all of the other terrible Yelp and Google reviews about Frank and heard stories from other tenants warning us about him when moving in as a sign but didn’t believe it until it happened to us. He is quick to yell, scream, and get into your business (non regarding your living situation in the condos) and creates a very hostile living situation in the Juanita Country Club. I’ve heard the HOA is holding a meeting to revote and get Frank off of the panel after all of the issues he has caused in the complex and hope so for all future tenants peace of living.
