A great value for the location
The property is centrally located in a fantastic community with excellent schools and easy access to shopping, dining and transportation. The airport is minutes away and the freeway is nearby with easy access. The building is an apartment style complex. Although the property lacks some of the more modern amenities, there is a pool, plenty of onsite washer and dryers, ample parking, and secured entry. The association dues include water, gas and maintenance. As with any multi-unit property, neighbors are diverse and issues may arise, but the association and property management company have a good handle on the property. If you are a renter and have difficulties, you need to discuss them with you landlord. Insect treatment should be handled by each unit owner. I treat mine twice a year. Bedbugs have become a national epidemic. They can be a problem in the most wealthy neighborhoods. They need to be professionally treated to be eliminated. If you have them, you probably brought them in somehow as bedbugs hitchhike from one infested area to another. Overall, I very happy with with my property.
