Beware of management
Overall not a bad place to live if you can handle the management downstairs. Now I’m no person that likes to talk bad about people but I do believe everybody deserves a second chance not this management. This management deep down wishes that this condo would be a 55+ community. They are very prejudice towards anybody who is younger than the average age in this building which seems to me like 60-80. They will make up rules that are not listed in your rule contract that they give you upon move in And will openly admit it later saying “yeah we don’t do a good job of informing people” not professional at all! The lady that’s downstairs is the most unpleasant human being I have every met. Maybe she had something happen to her in her past that makes her so bitter and rude to every person that steps foot in this condo. Or she is just is just plain jealous of the president and is power hungry to get some respect. But this is no way to treat people and tenants that pay her salary. Overall in the spirit of Halloween watch out for these witches.
